The only reason is that Shopify is the best platform when it comes to having a dropshipping business.

1.Find your free domain name and hosting
When it comes to free hosting, there are a few options that you can consider:
- AccuWeb Hosting
- Byet. host
- Free Hosting No Ads
- Free Hosting
These are the best free hosting services that you can find online. All of them are great, but some of them will give you a limited amount of visits per month.
For this tutorial, I will be using 000webhost and Freenom for a domain name.
2.Set up your free Website
Head over to 000webhost and create your free account.
Once you have signed up, press on the + button to add your new website. Now, name your website and press on Create.
Then you will be redirected to your dashboard where you need to install WordPress by clicking on the install button. The whole process will take some time.
Once the setup is completed, you will need to change your domain name.
Pro tip: The speed for free hosting is really low. That’s why I will highly recommend you to choose a paid hosting. If you choose Namecheap, you will get hosting for just $1.15 per month and a FREE domain name.
3.Register your domain name
Head over to Freenom to get your domain name. The thing about Freenom is that you will get domains names for only:
Here you will have 2 options:
- Either you choose your free domain name.
- Or you can purchase one on Namecheap.
With Freenom you will only get domain names with extensions like: .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf and .gq. If you really want a .com, then Namecheap is the best option. (Remember if you are choosing Namecheap, better buy their hosting as you will get your free domain name).
If ever you are opting for a free domain, then here are the steps:
- Head over to freenom.com.
- Register your domain.
- Select an extension and press on checkout.
- Change the period to “12 Months @ FREE”.
- Select “Use DNS Now”.
- Enter ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com and no IP addresses.
- You will be directed to the checkout page. Complete the process by adding all your personal details and press on save.
Voila, you are done.
4.Link your host and domain
This is the final step for your setup. You need to let 000webhost know that you have pointed the domain to their hosting.
Here’s how you do it:
- Login to your 000webhost panel.
- Under the Tools tab, you will find “Set Web Address”.
- Press on “Connect a domain you already own “
- Enter your Domain and Click on “Park Domain”.
- Press on “Manage”.Then click on “Link Website”.
- Choose 000Webhost URL.
- Finally, Confirm the domain name you want to use.
Now, the step-up is complete and you will be able to find your WordPress dashboard at www. domainname/wp-admin/.
5.Install your theme
Head over to your WordPress dashboard and press on appearance.
Here you will get a list of free themes. You must choose an e-commerce theme as it will have all the functionality to help you sell your products.
