Once you have decided on the service you want to provide, the next step is to create your own website.

Step 2. Create your own WordPress website

wordpress website

If you want to get quality clients, it’s vital to have your own website where you can showcase your work.

Your website will be your vehicle to make money online which is a crucial thing to have in this era.

Though there are many platforms like Squarespace, Weebly, or Wix, I will highly suggest you use WordPress.

The awesome thing about WordPress is that you can create your own little website in just 10 minutes for only $2.95 per month.

Start a blog with bluehost

This is what the process will look like:

  • Choose a domain name that will be related to your service. I will recommend you buy your domain name with your hosting company as you will get your domain name for free.
  • Choose a hosting that is beginner friendly and super easy to use. I will highly recommend you use Bluehost.
  • Install WordPress on your hosting which will take only a few minutes.
  • Choose a theme you want and install it on your WordPress dashboard.
  • Create a few pages like Contact us, Portfolio page, Privacy, Terms, and Conditions.

It’s really not that hard. If you are having difficulty, you can read my super easy guide where I will show you all the necessary steps to create your own WordPress website in just 10 minutes.

Remember: Though you can use Platforms like Upwork or Freelancer to resell Fiverr gigs, I will still recommend you to have your own website as you will have total control over it.

Now that you have your website up and running, it’s time to do some testing and see how it will work out.

SPECIAL NOTE: I'm really thrilled to let you know that you can now start your own blog with Bluehost for just $2.95 per month when you use this exclusive link.

That's only an upfront investment of $36 for 1 year, which is over 60% off regular pricing. Plus, you will get a free domain name ($15 value) if you sign up for at least 12 months.

I don't really know when this exclusive offer will end, so take advantage of this offer before it's gone.

Step 3. Start testing some gigs

Since this will be the first time you have a website and are trying to sell some Fiverr gigs, it’s crucial to test some gigs and see how they are performing.

These tests will give you a direction that will help you take your online business to the next level.

So, how can you test some gigs?

Well, let me explain.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will use the Logo design as an example.

First head over to freelance platforms where you can find freelancers who will charge only $5 or less for a gig.

Some of these platforms are:

Try to find freelancers that provide quality work at the lowest price. This will take some time, but there are always people who can provide quality work for a very low price.

These will be new members of the platforms who are desperately looking to get orders and build their portfolios.

Once you have found a few freelancers, order at least 6 logo gigs and try to see how they respond to your query and the quality of the work.

You should absolutely find freelancers who can give you the Logo within 24-48 hours. This is because once you have a request from a client, you must absolutely try to deliver the service within 48 hours.

Once you have got all your logos back, try to pick at least 3 freelancers who will work for you in the future. You can rate them on the following:

  • Quality of the logo created.
  • Time is taken to deliver the logo.
  • Attitude – Are they responsible and do they take their job seriously?

Now, if ever you can get someone who will give you a bulk deal, then it will be fantastic as you will make more profit down the road.

If you can get a deal, you can request some more logos (around 6) that will be included on your portfolio page.

Step 4. Upload content on your website

Upload content

Now that you have at least 12 logos, you can upload them on your portfolio page so that your future clients can have an idea of the type of work you are providing.

Once you have uploaded your logo, it will be time to update your website.

You will need to:

  • Add a few FAQ sections that will genuinely help your potential buyers to make the right decision.
  • Add a few blog posts that will explain the importance of having a logo and the importance of hiring a professional.

The way you present your work will have a huge impact on how well you can book clients. So, it’s vital to have a clean website and very few elements that usually distract people.

Step 5. Create your price list

The last thing you have to do on your site is to create your price list. Using logo design as an example, you can charge anywhere between $10-$15 for a logo as you will usually pay around $5 for it.

That is a profit of $5-$10 for each logo without a lot of work.

Though you will be tempted to raise your price, I will highly suggest you stay within the $15 price range as there is a lot of competition for logo design.

Now, if ever you choose another type of gig, you can definitely charge more.

Here is a list of the gigs with the lowest competition on Fiverr.

Step 6. Promote your service

Promote your new content for free

This is the last step and it requires a bit of trial and error to start to get some serious traction on your website.

If you have enough time, I will highly suggest you promote your services on every social media platform.

For instance, you can use :

1. Facebook Ads

If you don’t know where to start, this is perhaps the fastest way to reach a targeted audience. With only a minimum amount of $1 per day, you will start to get some traction.

2. Forums and Facebook groups

There are forums like Blackhatworld, Digital Point, and Warrior Forum where you can create sales pages.

Another place to promote your products is on Facebook groups. Many groups will have a targeted audience with whom you can sell your services.

Do not forget to try at least a few forums, as they can really be the place where you get some serious traction.

3. Social media platforms

You can also use social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to promote your services.

If you want a constant flow of traffic to your website and get targeted clients, then I will highly recommend using Pinterest.

Pinterest is really special as it works more like a search engine that will highly increase your website’s traffic.

The reason I am telling you to use Pinterest is that it can bring a LOT of traffic even if your website is new.

For instance, here is how much traffic I got from a single Pin:

Here is how much I got with my TOP 10 pins:

Pinterest outbound clicks

As you can see, my top 10 pins generated around 13,000 visits to my blog in just 1 month.

As far as I know, Pinterest is the only platform that can give you this kind of traffic for FREE.

Final Thoughts: How To Resell Fiverr Gigs

As you may have noticed, it’s not that difficult to resell Fiverr gigs and make money online. Actually, if you follow all the steps and give your website time to grow, you will be able to make it work and potentially make a full-time income in less than 2 years.

For many people, two years seems a lot of time as they want to make a lot of money very fast. So they end up trying different types of business models and end up disappointed when none of them work.

Please understand that any type of business takes at least some time to get traction. And the awesome thing is that if you are patient enough, you will get everything that you ever wanted.

For instance, only after 18 months of blogging, I am starting to see some serious traffic to my website. The first year was really very slow.

Patience is the name of the game, my friend.
